My name is Kathleen Chinn (Mrs) and I was appointed and professionally trained in the UK as a Registrar in 2001. The main aspects of my role were to register Births, Deaths and Marriages and conduct Civil Marriage Ceremonies.

 I am now  a qualified, accredited Marriage Celebrant duly appointed by the Attorney-General's Department to solemnize Marriages according to Australian Law.  I am also a member of the Marriage Celebrants Australia (Inc) Est. in Western  Australia. 

I have tremendous ability to communicate compassionately and efficiently in all situations,   in an experienced and competent manner.

I know how to create the overall presentation whilst remaining relaxed and professional.
